SO, I FOUND OUT THAT YOU CAN ONLY UPLOAD

SO MANY CARDS TO THIS WEBSITE... SO I HAVE STARTED USING PUUSH.

Odd values for a  blue/white card without evasion (also the damage is weird thing seen on a blue card), but I like that you keyworded this "doesn't untap during its controllers next untap step"-mechanics.

If you want to save some space, just write it "Tap that creature." instead of "Chill causes [...]". you see these here --> [ ] ?

If you put your abilities definition in these (basically parentheses inside of the parentheses) you make it write in italic or something like this;

That's usually the way of distinguishing flavortext and defined keywords from the normal text.

yea i figured out how to make italic text after i made this card haha ill probably get around to changing it sometime. and also, i got the mechanic idea from Wall of Frost

I guessed it^^ This is one of the most annoying walls of all times, but I prefer Fob Bank after all.
