Thought that some dark blue magic would be nice. If the card is liked I will create a series of "Blood Magic" based cards.

Not trying to be harsh or rude, but this is a seriously bad Magic card. In the sense that it does very little for an extreme cost. You lose 10 life? Seriously?! To exile a graveyard? I can play a common land to do that for free! (see: Bojuka Bog) Also, Legendary type means nothing unless it's on a permanent. It just means you can't have more than one in play at the same time. And another thing: when designing new Magic cards, please don't use art from pre-existing Magic cards...

Although it may be a bit frustrating for you, I have to agree here; It's not like your idea of a black/blue graveyard-removal is bad in general, but this card is impossible to play in a real game.

Maybe you lack the playing experience in MtG, so I'll try to explain:

- Graveyard removal is situational; There may be situations, in which an opponent makes use of card effects in his graveyard or just the fact, that there is a number of cards in it etc, but for the most part, you can just assume, that it doesn't matter.

- Even when a player IS dependent on his graveyard, you can't play a spell like this, since the price of 10 life is outrageous; Don't forget that you start with 20 life points, so there goes half of it down.

- The manacost is far too high, especially since this is an instant, that should also be played in an opponents turn. Additionally, it is outclassed by other existing cards like Scavenging Ooze, which powers itself up by exiling graveyard cards without drawback, or Rest in Peace, which is far less expensive in its manacost and also an enchantment (remaining on the board permanently).

Also the artwork is reused from a rather new card, and the flavor just doesn't feel right, since there is no real connection between the name and the effect.

How about this?

"Sanguine Sacrifice" {4}{b}{u}, Sorcery:

Each player exiles a card from his graveyard and loses life equal to it's converted manacost. You gain life equal to the life lost this way. If there is a card in your graveyard, you may repeat the process.

So what is your opponent supposed to do if you throw a ton of land/low cost in your graveyard then cast that? :V Even if you change the text so that it only continues until any one player runs out of graveyard, that's still really broken. I'd at least make the spell only continue until someone (not just you) runs out of graveyard cards, and I'd also make them pay only half the converted cost rounded, and also give them the option to divide the damage between themselves, their creatures and their planeswalkers.

For blood magic, maybe do something like "Blood offering X (As an additional cost to play this card, place X blood counters on yourself. For every counter that would leave you with more than 10 counters,  place a -0/-2 counter on a creature you control or lose 1 life.)"

That way you don't have to pay life for the first few blood magic-themed cards you play, and maybe you can make cards or abilities that allow you to remove blood counters to cast more too.

Maybe increasing it's manacost is really necessary, but I don't get your idea about splitting the life loss (which doesn't count as damage btw) with creatures and plainswalkers; Maybe changing it into non-landcards, that have to be exiled and gaining halve the lost life for yourself would do the trick. Got your point there; It certainly has too much combo-potential, although it was just an suggestion for kylethekillman's Blood Sacrifice to be more playable.
