Do you mean your graphical or mechanical design abilities?

Just in general do you know/play MtG?

If not, the most important thing for us to teach you are such things as color characteristics and basic rules.

I like the idea of your Giant Flood; It perfectly matches the often overlooked affinity of blue for flying; Sure you often find blue flying cards, but rarely cards that actually benefit flying creatures, like Stormtide Leviathan does.

But on the other hand, blue almost never destroys; Blue may exile, especially in combination with white, or put cards back on top of the library, but it usually does neither kill nor deal damage.

Also, this card is FAR to expensive; It's cost is on one level with Omniscience, also a blue enchantment, and you know what THAT does? Setting all costs of spells in your hand to frickin' {0}!

Maybe you should redesign this card.

 

My attempt at this card would be something like (GOD! I do things like this far too often; I've suggested tons of possible changes, while posting none of my own concepts)

 

Giant Flood, Instant, {3}{u}{u}:

Tap all creatures, except for creatures with either flying or islandwalk. They don't untap During their controllers next untap-step.

Until your next turn, creatures without flying or islandwalk enter the battlefield tapped.

The casting cost of Giant Flood is reduced by {1} for each card of the same name in your graveyard.

 

I may need some more time to make an own opinion over your green card; Although I can already tell you, that the effects don't match the cards name.

i don't think the last ability is pretty relevant i should just remove that you will never wanna play 2 at the point you have 1 it's pretty much GG
