I was playing with the idea of a black deck using the idea of making some creatures die to buff other ones, also having some draw power if you accept the cost of paying some blood for it.

Give me feedback/balancing issues you see, Id love to make this a (R&D) black deck. Normally I am that Unglued guy, but whatever :P

I have to be honest here: +1/+0 Counter, is a very ungraceful mechanic. Not to mention it is also very weak. You should really consider slightly increasing its cost while making it +1/+1-Counters.

The only part of this creature, that is actually very strong, is that its sacrifice-ability (which should be written "Sacrifice this creature: [...]" btw) is not limited to times when you could cast a sorcery.

I didnt make it +1/+1 counters because I did not want to make it a card for a small minion deck that is the key to winning, I thought it would be pretty overpowered then.

Yea, I wanted it to make it sacrificable as an Instant, as this is the main thought behind this card: Make your opponent very careful and force him to block every single attack. With every single blocked attack, the risk of the crow getting out of control rises even more, making it an absolutely deadly circle.

Overall I approve the thoughts you brought into this card, especially that you try keeping it down, but thats the problem with Magic:

Cards that spam +1/+1 Counters are everywhere in Magic, so your card wouldn't be played at all. Instead people would use Village Cannibals etc.

Creatures that basically become invincible by the mass of counters of them is a common thing in Magic.

Don't be afraid of your cards getting out of control; As long as they are bound to triggers, they require strategic dexterity and are totally balanced.

You should really remove the instant-sacrifice or add a manacost; It's totally broken. The only weakness of the crow is its low toughness, but whenever you try to shock it, it just sacs itself by shift of priority.
