Nice cards, but a couple of grammar mistakes nothing major. Ill outline them below

Dam. Opportunist- should say casts not cast

Castagnan- should say prevent all damage that would be dealt to target creature this turn, that creature fights target creature an opponent controls.

God anthem - should say creatures, also effect says sacrifice god apparition not god anthem.

Shamanic surge - should say creatures for first effect.

 

Overall nice cards, although shamanic surge should probably cost 1RG or 2RG since evasion plus shock is very useful especially if it can be used as a pump+shock on your opponents turn.

God Anthem:

 

Creature you control gain get +1/+1.

3WW, Sacrifice God Anthem: Destroy all creatures. They can't be regenerated.

 

When a god appears, his wrath is sure to follow come soon enough.

Pretty decent, actually. I would normally have a slight problem with how you quickly gain access to a 5-mana instant-speed Wrath of God, but then again, Perilous Vault has similar costs to this card.

 

Castagnan, Rugged Guide:

 

First strike, shroud

1GW: Prevent all damage that would be dealt to target creature you control this turn, then that creature fights target creature an opponent controls.

 

Avoiding danger is easy. Avoiding it while preventing it is a whole new task.

It's fine. Shroud keeps this card from getting itself to fight other things.

 

Damfik Opportunist:

 

Whenever a creature you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Damfik Opportunist.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, Damfik Opportunist gains flying until the end of the turn.

 

May your dream end with its sword passing through your bones.

Seems fine.

 

Shamanic Surge:

 

Creatures you control get +1/+0 and gain menace until end of turn.

Shamanic Surge deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

 

This staff is mine! So is the world.

Pretty sweet game-closer, but I feel that the fact that it grants menace to everything you have should warrant its mana cost being nudged up slightly to 1RG.
