Nah too op make it sorcery at it will be balanced ;p (nice card i really like it 10/10 izzet need that sort of thing).

It wouldn't work as a sorcery since it wouldn't be able to copy anything. Since it would come out on the stack before any spells had been cast. Although one problem I have is this actually lets you copy creatures as long as they're on the stack.
