It doesn't take a lot of effort to tell it's way too powerful.

Maybe a suggestion to make it slightly more balanced?
 

Indestructible, Vigilance

 

While The Guardian is in play, you can't play other creatures.

 

Every time your opponent targets this card, give it a -1/-1 counter.

 

When The Guardian dies, if it had 0 attack, destroy all permanents or take an extra turn after this one.

 

And make it a 6/6
