Not completely comfortable with the ability to scrub out even basic lands. I would put the alt cost to "C, T," and then localize the downside of not untapping to only that ability.
I am curious as to what you downloaded to get the C symbol to display in MSE (if that's what you use).

Also, all lands are colorless permanents, so that bit in the effect is redundant.
