First two look fairly balanced.

Brattak Envoy is quite strong. 3/2 for 2 mana is already quite good, but when you give it first strike it makes it very difficult to force trades until you cough out a 4-drop or so. I'd offset it with a downside, like "Brattak Envoy can't block".

Musc is potentially troublesome. A single Urborg enables all sorts of trouble since it turns into an unblockable sac-triggering engine. Unless you kill it on sight (which is then compounded by its hexproofing) or can field creatures very quickly it is very difficult to take down before it takes out at least one good creature with it. I'd exchange the landwalks for menace, at least.

Skeleton of the Rot may prove to be counterproductive, especially in its colours. The elongate mechanic, combined with its other ability, results in your opponent having a good degree of control over your graveyard if you ever choose to swing with it. That's not quite the best outcome for BG.

Normally, you have an issue with assigning Legendary-status to non-Legendary creatures, but you seem not to have done this here. Good job!
