Hey guys, I need some input on some cards I've made. So far I've made just one but I'm planning on more

I like the concept behind it.
Let's make it easy; Two parts of criticism as constructive as possible.
Syntax:
As long a creature has no own name, it shouldn't be a Legendary (which this card SHOULD be, it's strong enough to be limited this way).
Forgotten Soul is no creaturetype and even if it is a relevant faction in your storyline or whatever, it would be most useful to just generalize it within the spirit-type.
You can't just state "[creature] gets +X/+X-counter"; It needs a condition for it like "At the beginning of your upkeep" or "When [creature] enters the battlefield", UNLESS
you are aiming for a simple passiv bonus, then it would be "[creature] gets +1/+1 for each [whatever]".
Balancing:
To do these X-effects, you need something that counts, like maybe COUNTERS lawl
Maybe simple +1/+1-counters? Or named counters of your choice, like "transcendence-counters"?
Also +2/+2 is to strong. You've seen some of the Spirits from Innistrad- and Return to Ravnica-Block? NUTZ!
My take on this card would be something like this:
"[Insertbadassnamehere], the Purifying" {4}{w}{w}
Legendary Creature - Spirit Avatar 1/1
"[creature] enters the battlefield with one +1/+1-counter on it
for each spirit you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put X 1/1 Spirit Soldier-Creaturetokens
onto the battlefield under your control, where X is the number of +1/+1 Counters
on [creature]."
BTW maybe look for another image? this illustration does neither fit MtG nor your card, it's just LIGHT.
