+ power underpowered ultimate overpowered It is technically balanced but it would be better if you made the +3 into +1 and got rid of the downside and the ultimate to do damage either equal to the number of creatures exiled or at the most the number of mana symbols on creatures exiled.

The + 3 is to reflect the random nature of B/R Kinda like Rakdos stuff the thing is it get +1 en worst senario +2 if its a mono or +3 if you draw a artifact or land card.
I see what what you mean about the last one might change it to number of creatures.
