I definitely like the idea, but remember that cards that cost different colors of manas that are not colorless have to be gold if it is not stated otherwise on the card, so Akali should be gold.

 

I do not play LoL (DotA 1 and 2 player, shame on me), so will rate those as raw cards.

 

I like how well balanced they are, there is not much to complain, maybe some wording here and there ("add a +1/+0 counter" on Teemo is inprecise, make it " put a +1/+0 counter onto 'this card/Teemo' ")

 

I doubt Kayle would see much play as what his mechanics aim for (a healer), maybe overwork those. But as this Unglued, this a minor point. A REALLY minor point.

 

 

I like those. I think they could even make it to R&D without being flamed if you fix the wording errors here and there.

I like your interpretations, but there are some points I just HAVE to adress.

Karthus:

Although I like what you are going for, creatures don't actually fight each other during the battle phase in mtg;

They attack a player who can declare blockers. Instead you could make it "{x}{b}{b}{t}: Karthus deals 3 damage to all creatures and opponent controls. X is the total number of these creatures."

 

Kayle:

How can you possibly make a Kayle card without referencing her ultimate? "{1}{w}{w}: Target creature you control gains Indestructible until end of turn. Use this ability only once per turn."

Also, if you want to reference her Splash attacks, give her Trample, maybe make her Dualcolored white/red?^^

 

Teemo:

DEATCHTOUCH! DOUBLE STRIKE! HASTE!

and maybe the ability to plant Black/Green Fungus-tokens with defender and 3/1 or something like that. LAWL

You could also rework the creature types. Kayle for example (taking the LoL-lore into account) can definitely be counted as an Angel (Angel Knight or Soldier maybe), since her place of origin is a plane similar to heaven and her people naturally have wings.

You could also add Scout to Teemo and make Karthus a Zombie/ or Skeleton/Wizard; The term Lich definitely exists in Magic, but has no own creaturetype.
